C-NTA (Colocalization-NTA) offers the ability to quickly detect two or more fluorescently labelled targets which coincide on a single extracellular vesicle. Multiple lasers and the selection of corresponding fluorescence filters allow for quantification of individual fluorescent sub-populations as well as particles which are double-positive for different surface markers.
